Base URL

When building and testing against the GovDelivery Script Service API, we strongly recommend using the stage environment. The base URL for the stage environment is: 

https://stage-api.govdelivery.com/api/add_script_subscription

For production, the base URL is:

https://api.govdelivery.com/api/add_script_subscription
