Requirements

To use this API, the account must be enabled for it. Additionally, both the account and the topic you want to assign subscriptions for must be enabled for wireless alert. To meet these requirements:

• Contact support@granicus.com to make sure the account is enabled for the API and wireless alerts.
• Enable wireless alerts for a topic either via the administrative interface or by using the Update a Topic method in the Communications Cloud version 1 API and setting the wireless-enabled field to true in the input.
