Subscribers

A Subscriber resource represents a person/recipient who has signed up for email bulletins through Communications Cloud for at least one topic or category under your account. Even recipients who have unsubscribed from your bulletins remain in the system as a subscriber. The subscriber resource contains a lot of information. This includes:

• Basic information about the subscriber
• Topic subscriptions
• Category subscriptions
• Responses to any questions your organization may have included in the subscription process
