| Cause | Root category element is not the root category. The root category element must be set to true; if the category is not root, it must be PUT to the correct resource. |

GD-20005
| Error message | Invalid category hierarchy. |
| HTTP Code | 422 |
| Cause | Category code does not match the resource code. Code can only be modified via the Category API. |
GD-20006
| Error message | Account locked for category hierarchy edits. |
| HTTP Code | 422 |
| Cause | Only one hierarchy PUT operation per account can be processed at once. |
